   Adopting SIMENS PLC to control equipment operation

   Touch Panel operator interface includes process parameter setup or modify working status.

   Adopting stepservo motor to drive carrier tape, it orientates and controls speed accurately

   Adopting fiber optical sensor to accurately inspect for the run short of components in tape, and inform operator by alarm when absence.

   Equipment will auto stop and notify as soon as it reach the amount of components setup previously.

   The internal and external knife head could be individually adjusted for better covering results.
