M5000 Series Automatic Tape Packaging Equipment

Overview：

Automatic Tape Packaging equipment M5000 series is an automatic inspecting & packaging equipment which is fed manually or by vibrating bowl. It includes several functions: fed components separating, vision inspecting, auto adjusting orientation, NG’s collecting and automatic tape packaging, etc. Using multi-suction head manipulator controlled by dual servo motor, it can pick and place components between workstations fast and accurately, and using advanced intelligent machine vision technology, it recognizes component’s orientation stable and reliable, and then makes suction head auto rotating, so the position and orientation can be adjusted well. Then qualified components are placed onto carrier tape in right direction, and rolled to the roll-up reel after automatic cover tape sealing.
