M6000 Series Fully Automatic Tape Packaging Equipment

Overview：

Fully Automatic Tape Packaging Equipment Model M6300A is an inspecting for IC or components appearance, and then packaging  them into carry tape equipment specially for SMD ICs and discrete devices. It picks IC or components through automatic stacked tube feeder. And using advanced intelligent machine vision technology, it does 2D and 3D vision inspection to the IC or components by CCD camera. The unqualified IC or components will be divided to five classes and then put into reject bins, the qualified IC or components will be placed into carrier tape automatically, and sealed by the cover tape , then reel all of them to the packaging reel.

•     Handles carrier tape widths: 12-16mm
